Review content:
The employees at this location have treated my family with nothing but disrespect at EVERY visit. Among all their employees, they may have a total of 3 decent ones. They are over priced, reluctant to apologize and very rude. There are LOTS of "Kids" working there that need a lesson or two in customer service and authority. I'd love to get a hold of a couple of them after upsetting my children. My 3 year old couldn't even bowl this weekend because they refused to let us use a ramp because we might "break it", and it's only for special occasions. Our game of bowling was interrupted many times because of maintanence errors or service and never received an apology. I could go on and on about this place but point is, it's expensive, TERRIBLE customer service, you'll never leave satisfied, rude staff, charged differently for drinks every time, and just treated as if you are a piece of trash in their way...SICK of this place!
