I have been taking my long-haired doxie to this groomer for a couple of years. Service & cost were excellent when I first started, but the last couple of times, it felt "rushed" and my dog came home totally stressed out (not good for an older dog!) Also, the owner didn't seem to listen to what type of cut I asked for (the same one since first visit) and my dog came home closely clipped - in NOVEMBER! I was upset when I picked her up, but of course, the owner was long gone (which is most of the time at pickup). I didn't feel it was fair to the young lady to unload my frustrations on her. I am now looking for a new groomer who doesn't use cages and listens to the owner - may cost more but I will pay what it takes for my doxie.
