I brought my puppy to Dr. Carr and company under the Wellness Plan for three years. During that time I had less interaction with Dr. Carr then any other vet I have ever known. My pet did received all her needed care however and I was reminded of her needs for shots and exams until I dropped the Wellness Plan after the 3rd year. After that I got no reminders or calls and I only discovered she needed her rabies shot after they had been expired for nearly 8 months. So it seems if you don't have the Wellness Plan I guess they stop caring about you and your pet at this place. It is a rip-off anyhow as it only offers a 10% discount against any emergency care and so doesn't really act like health insurance. I have never found a colder less human vet than I did in Dr. Carr and I guess I am glad to be rid of him.
