Review content:
We called MR ROOTER because the toilets were clogged. The lines weren't draining. They sent a tech who suggested running a snake (Tool used to clear the line)to fix the problem. He complained about the weather and said he wanted to go home. Then after 7 or 8 minutes he said the snake is stuck, that means your pipe is broken. Its gonna cost $1400. We decided to get a 2nd opinion. We were then charged $196 even though he didn't fix the problem. Called another plumber and he cleared the line with NO PROBLEM. MR ROOTER RIPPED US OFF BIG TIME. THEY WERE ONLY TRYING TO MAKE US PAY FOR SOMETHING WE DIDN'T NEED and when we didn't buy it they charged us $196 and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! BEWARE OF MR. ROOTER SUN VALLEY . THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!
