Mr. Rooter Sun Valley Run don't walk AWAY from this company. Called them for a regular rooter service - backup in bathroom - I know it's tree roots in the main - Joe (claims to be a manager) comes out starts to snake doesn't go very far maybe 20ft says he can't go any further. Fills the drain with water and then puts a camera down (no charge) but since the line is full of water I can't see anything - he tells me we have a root ball and need a water jet to blow it out $1300. Are you kidding? quickly drops price to $800 - FORGET IT! i'll get a 2nd opinion. I have to pay for a crappy router rooter job - Guarantees his work on receipt - a week later same problem - this time I call LA Hydrojet - he clears the main all the way to the street 80' no problem no rootball $125 - problem solved! What a headache and waste of time + $$$$$$$ dealing with Mr Rooter of Sun Valley - Call LA HydroJet Alejandro LA195 if you want the job done right.
