If I could rate this place a -0, I definitely would. They don't make enough money in their store so they scam their customers. My husband and I were not told that there is a restocking fee for parts ordered. We asked if the part can be returned for a full refund if we have the wrong part and the sales associate assured us that it can be returned for a full refund. As soon as we got out the door of the store, our mechanic called that we got the wrong part so we went back in to refund the part. It was less than 5 mins and they wouldn't give us a full refund for the part. They charged us $35 for a restocking fee even though it's only been 5 mins and the other place has barely received the order. Apparently the sales associate was wrong in telling us that but of course even though it was their mistake we ended up losing $35 to them. The manager just laughed it off that even though the sales associate didn't tell us, we should have read the signs at the counter. Bull crap!! This place is a scam and so are it's staff. Don't shop there. Give your Money to a better store! This store and their staffs r all scams! I would rather pay extra to a store that respects their customers. They lie through their slithering teethes to scam their customers regardless!
