I have several pre paid plots in this park-I had to use one for the burial of my infant son-while in the office completing the paperwork the representative looks at my husband and I and says "there is a balance of 70 CENTS owed - we cannot complete the contract until its paid" OMG! I could not believe it-here we were burying our infant child digging around in our pockets for 70 CENTS....CENTS, not dollars, CENTS-and the woman just sat there looking at us with such indifference it made my skin crawl. This is where all my deceased relatives are buried so I've never dealt with anyother cemetary but I would like to believe that their are others who are more sensitve and tactful in dealing with their clients.
