I wish I too had researched this office and DR before going. I was referred by my primary Dentist and took him at his word. DR krueger seems to have done good work. He barely talks to you and then very monotone. His staff was the most pushy unprofessinal staff I have ever seen. They will not file your insurance befor eyou pay and then adjust the billing afterwarsd. So you pay in full and then if the insurance company pays anything they keep it also. My wife and I both were told The we would get this money pack. They recalculate rates and actually charged me more after the insurance company turned it down. They only filed once and upon checking tihte the Insurance company, they requested more information. The staff said they filed it all and no more woudl be sent and the insurance was finaly. When I disaggreed with them I was highly frustrated by the changing numbers and story . I rolled my eyes which in ther eoffice seems to be fair game to be rude and beligernt and I was told not to roll my eyes.. As both of the clerks continues to talk at once, I left and as walking out of the office they were shouting out to me details about my account until after I was out the door. So Much for privacy. I beleive I will get an attorney to see where this leads.
