I almost gave up hope of having my six year old Whirlpool refrigerator repaired after being told it couldn?t be fixed by one national company and was quoted the repair was too costly by another. Refusing to accept that news, I ventured to the local Home Depot store where those folks referred me to a guy whom they said can do it if no one else can! So I decided to try out this local parts dealer as suggested. The gentleman behind the counter, Mr. Mike, explained to me what could possibly be going on with my refrigerator. He offered to have his technician come out but I couldn?t afford another costly service call. Instead Mr. Mike directed me as to what to look for and guided me on how I could fix it. Thus my Saturday honey-do project began to gel together. Much to my astonishment along with assistance from my son, I was able to do the repair for a fraction of my second quote. My fridge isn?t dead and in fact it is much alive and even making ice again! Thank you Benchmark and Mr. Mike for your help! You were very knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced! You have a loyal customer in me.
