I went into pipe world the other day with no clue as to what exactly I wanted, as this was my first time even considering pipe tobacco. Their selection was AMAZING and the guy who helped me was beyond nice and knowledgable, he was genuinely helpful. I was encouraged to look at their incredible selection of tobaccos and smell each one.. I ended up going home with two ounces of the best tobacco I've ever had in my life.. and it cost less than five dollars!! He even invited us back just to hear our opinions about the product, I HIGHLY recommend this store :)
Pros: Awesome selection, great customer service, fantastic prices
Cons: the store was a little crowded, but I can't hold that against them
