...not only when it comes to keeping the essence of Greek food (its traditional flavors), but also in using only high-quality ingredients: I ordered Greek salad, Vegetarian Moussaka, and a glass of white wine - all of which I enjoyed tremendously. The service was good, all waiters I talked to were indeed from Greece and maintained thei innate Mediterrean warmth as well as typical, refreshing European forwardness. The owner mentioned that all dishes were indeed prepared after his mother's recipes.
