Review content:
Got my car towed by them, wasn't too upset about giving them $170, as I manned up and took responsibility for being negligent on my part. It was the way they handled my car which made me disgusted that these businesses are not being more closely monitored. I won't even bother complaining about how they jump at the first opportunity to tow your car, or how they refuse to give you a slightest break if you immediately run outside before they have even hooked the car up. Those things aren't even comparable to the big issue at hand, which is this company's negligence and pure unprofessionalism. When I got there I had to pay before I could see my car, and upon seeing my car I immediately saw damage to the bumper, which was snapped out of its position, bent the bolt which holds the spare tire in place (now the spare tire cannot be accessed), they dented and put a hole in the oil tank underneath the car (still getting the car inspected by a professional) and not to mention dragged my car, which is an all-time-4-wheel-drive, around the parking lot with all four wheels locked, leaving more potential damage behind! A boot would of gotten the message across just as effectively! I would gladly pay you to come remove the boot next time I forget to renew my sticker just to keep your greedy unprofessional hands off of my car. I wasn't going to write this review but like barb27 said, make an effort and leave a review, inform your association of the feedback that the real people are leaving behind and advise them to go with a more professional company. Oh, and what really was the boiling point for me, and what made me sit down and write this review is what Peter, in his Yahoo review had to say about his experience with this company:
