I live in a complex with no assigned guest parking spaces, however, as a guest you have to have a guest parking sticker and it is recommended to park at the end of the complex. My parents have been visiting and staying by me for the last few weeks, and they have a quest parking sticker displayed in their windshield. Their car got towed twice already, first time NWR claimed that they were parked too close to the complex, the second time they claimed that the guest parking sticker was not visible (it was hanging on the mirror of the front windshield! - I don't know how could it possibly be not visible). I had to call police to be able to take the car, because they only wanted to get cash and wouldn't take a debit/credit card, even though they DO accept VISA/MC/Discover. They threw my card at me and told me to get cash or just leave.
