What can I say, these guys are crooks. I've complained to everybody but nobody will listen to me about how unfair the way these guys treated me and my friends. First off there isnt aany sign saying I can't park on the grass, and there aren't anny parking spaces available so it isnt my fault. Then when I went to pick it up they wouldn't give me my own car back unless I paid them. I've been sending them mail to their website @ northwestrecovery . com and they just keep saying I can file my complaint with the state. Somebody needs to do something about this crime. Keep sending them mail to nwrecovery@msn . com and let thhem knoe what you think of their deceptive practices.
