If I could give negative star rating I would.very unprofessional and rude.they do not understand the concept of " the customer is always right" do not tell me that it "looks okay to me" when I'm telling you that it is not.instead of refunding my money..they want me to sit down for another haircut...i dont think so.why in hell would I let you hacks take scissors to my head again...they have a lot of nerve charging $55for barely cutting the hair with inexperienced staff.now i have to go get it fixed from aveda.If you are under forty and want style If you are going to spend that kind of money..go to pyure...They are true professionals ...and the shampoo in the tranquility room..just delightful! Crappy rating for crappy salon!
