This salon is awful. My mother went in for a haircut with one of their master stylists, and when my mother arrived on time, her stylist was nowhere to be found. So they threw her in the chair of some inexperienced stylist without telling her that she was not a master stylist, who then chopped up my mother's hair. Not only that, she did not use any sort of product once the haircut was done and it was in turn frizzy when she left, in addition to the fact that she did not even show my mother what it looked like in the back to make sure she was happy with it. She spent around $60.00 to have an awful haircut, but tried to salvage it when she arrived home. After I saw it, I demanded she go and get her money back because it was truly awful. When we arrived and kindly explained that she was not happy with it, the receptionist and other stylists gathered around in a circles as if they were ganging up on her, and insisted they could not issue a refund of any kind. Then the manager, the dick that he is, came over and fed us crap about how they cannot give everyone refunds, yet this never happens to them, so which one is it? After contradicting himself like this and then arguing with my mother about how he thinks her hair looked, he just walked off. Nowhere did he ever apologize for the dissatisfaction even. I am truly disappointed with this place. They were very rude, not understanding at all, and completely dysfunctional when it came to handling the situation. This is a case of a greedy bastard trying to make money and not giving a damn about how people end up walking out. And I will be forwarding this review to everyone I know so they do not throw their money away either. What a waste of time and energy- If I see this guy again I'll punch him. He is without a doubt the rudest, most brazen, obnoxious greedy person that I have met so far in the industry. THIS SALON IS ABYSMAL!! We will be spending our money at the PYURE Aveda salon from now on because we know from experience they actually take care of you.
