I was pretty unhappy the last visit I had...I had already come out of pocket each visit with the amount they said I would owe after my insurance...When I go back to get my teeth cleaned, I found out that I owed TRIPLE on top of what I had already come out of pocket with. I don't think that they even bothered to check out my insurance before writing up my quote even though they had my insurance card & information on file..I was under the impression that my insurance was taken into account when the quote was made, but obviously not...It's as if they pulled a random number out of thin air..The staff was great, but the quote ordeal has really made me disappointed in this dentist office...
