I have been a customer of Allen and sons for over 7 years. They have repaired my washer, dishwasher, BBQ and my dryer over that time. When I bought my house in 2002 they were the second company (since the first company could not fix it) called by my insurance company for my whirlpool duet washer and couple years later it broke again they covered the part (lid switch) under the 5 year warranty when my new home insurance company refused to cover any appliance repairs. I've had Sean, Bob and Val over to my house an all of them know what to do and how to fix it. If you need someone to fix your appliance make sure the other companies are licensed and authorized by your manufacturer on your appliance or you could use the warranty. Also I lost my older invoices for the BBQ repair in 2005 but their site keeps digital copies which I retrieved for my records for free. Even my dentist doesn't have that.
