worst service a customer could ask for. I had called this company a few months ago about installing a new windshield for a mazda and they said they had the windshield in stock and it would be 140 dollars to install. I drove 50 miles from south lake tahoe to low price auto glass and after waiting for 20 min in the lobby i was informed that the windshield they had was cracked already and i would have to try again another day. I ended up calling a few weeks later to check if they had gotten one and they claimed they had and that they could install it over the weekend and it would only be 120 since they would already be in the area and there previous screw ups. well i got a call the day of during there so called installation hours they had set up and told me that they really didnt have a windshield for my mazda but it was for a much later model and that they again had to order another and would give me a call the next day when they got it in. I didnt get a call the next day and waited two more for the rain to stop to see if it had indeed arrived and if they could install it and they told me that they had gotten one in but now it was gona be 179 dollars to get it fixed and i asked after all there mess ups why had the price suddenly shot through the roof and all they could tell me was it wasnt there problem that they had dropped the ball so many times and that they didnt have any other installations in the area so i was just gona have to shell out the extra money if i really wanted my windshield installed and all i could say was "wow i think im gona call another windsheild place". So after many attempts to get my windshield fixed with this company and all the false promises they had lied about they jacked up the price and told me to basically go somewhere else if i had a problem with the new highly increades prices. so if you have time for a company to try and sell you pre cracked windshields or windshields that came out a car produced 8 years after yours then go ahead but personally im never gona waste my time with a bunch of jerks with no actual knowledge of fixing windows again.
