I found Gilbert and Steve at Protech online when I needed them the most. I needed a second opinion and Steve took the time to explain to me what I needed and what he could do for me. I was at another Automotive Repair shop and I left there immediately and went to Protech. Both Steve and Gilbert are great at explaining what needs to be done and what can wait. I feel it's hard to find someone that is so honest with you especially being a woman. I know enough to know that I'm being taken advantage of and I do everything I can to make sure that that doesn't happen. With Protech I do not have to worry. I've had several things fixed on my car and it is such a relief to have someone I trust and they do it in a timely manner. They are very easy to work with too. I'm a busy person and use my car ALOT and I need it to be trustworthy traveling as much as I do and I'm usually by myself so I have to have a car that works. If you want the best go to Protech.
