Review content:
We were being sued for breach of contract and contacted Mike at MJV Law immediately to represent us. This attorney reviewed our contracts, warranty, and other pertinent documents and discovered within the contract we were entitled to binding arbitration and were able to collect to damages if we proved our case of fraud. During the arbitration I was so impressed with the level of knowledge Mike had in detail of our case and the indepth research he did to prepare. He was quite prepared, articulate, polite but aggressive, and did a stupendous job of laying out the facts and ultimately prevailing, getting us out of the original contract, and getting our money back.
