Review content:
I was forced into bankruptcy by a very bad business deal which caused my marriage to break down. Michael Varisco handled both cases for me. The creditor in my BK was my former business partner who had the collectors calling and he tried to force a lien against my house in a legal proceeding against me. I would have had Mike handle my defense in the legal proceeding but I discovered him afterwards. Mike filed an emergency BK on my behalf which stopped the lien against my house. The collectors stopped calling. Mike fought my partner in the BK and we won! Unfortunately my marriage suffered as a result causing a subsequent divorce. Mike handled my divorce, and fortunately it was not contested because I was out of money after the BK. Mike gave me a great fee on the divorce because he kept the divorce out of litigation. He worked with my wife's attorney to come up with a settlement to end the divorce. I thank Mike because he really saved me from doom!
