Businiess name:  Call Villa Romana Italian Restaurant Today

Review content:
We spent a pre-Valentine's evening there. Cozy & warm atmosphere, the Italian-American loaded style with columns, fountains, and large plants. We enjoyed the food: had Veal Absolute and Scaloppine Al Marsala - well balanced tastes, resonable portions. But, we did not appreciate the fact that the server did not explain the side options clearly, between those included and those that cost extra. I ordered a side of gnocchi with olive oil & garlic sause. It is not about the few extra bucks, but the attitude of getting out of the customer more to increase the amount of the bill. The check included an extra $3.00 for the gniocchi & $1.75 for the sauce of olive and garlic... So, make sure you ask your server the price for each item before ordering. Also, the policy of the restaurant is to include automatically a 15% gratuity on each check. Pros: Food, Ambience Cons: Service, Attitude of server, Attitude of manager
