Shawn was friendly prompt, the service call was made on a Wends, they were here (right on time) Thursday morning. This was not an emergency service call although they treated it as if it was. We had heat and hot water, it was just a part of the hot water heater making a noise. Other places tried to see us a new hot water heater instead of fixing our existing one. Summit did give us the option to do either, but Summits' prices were far better than their competition. would recommend Summit to family and friends!
