Review content:
I was lucky to find Summit through NATE when the compressor our heat pump died suddenly less than 6 years after it was installed. Summit hasn't yet done any work, but Summit has been exceptional in every way so far. They are clearly customer focused and doing the right thing in every aspect of their business. I've been extremely impressed with their technical knowledge and obvious attention to detail and quality of customer service. Everyone at Summit has been extremely responsive and helpful. I contacted at least a half dozen contrators online on Saturday and Summit was one of three to respond at all over the weekend and Dwayne actually called on Sunday. After a lengthy discussion of the options for repair or replacement on the phone, Dwayne came to our house on Monday and made a thorough assessment of the existing equipment. He treated my wife with respect and of the 5 contractors that came to bid, he provided by the most complete and comprehensive quote. It was also very competitive on price and clearly every effort was made to provide the highest quality solution at the lowest possible cost to us. I learned years ago that quality of work and quality of service is paramount when it comes to hiring any contrator. I did a huge amount of research online and asked a lot of questions while deciding what to do and who to go with when it came to this project. From that I learned that the quality of the installation is the most important part of any HVAC installation. It doesn't matter how good the equipment is if the installation is shoddy. I'm sure I'll have more good things to say once the work is finished.
