Review content:
I went into This Rite Aid early December 2011. I am a regular customer there. I was putting hairspray in my hair that I thought was a sample, and this employee comes running out and yelling at me. She yelled "that is not a sample, it would say tester if it was" . She continued to yell and run away before I could speak to her. Unfortunately I do not know her name. I went to the cashier and said"she didnt have to yell. I simply did not know. In some places items are testers and there simply is no lable. I am not a rule breaker, and I have respect for any establishment that I enter into. The only thing she needed to do was say "Im sorry miss those are not testers." Instead she scard me half to death and ran away. I would never want anyone who has such poor customer service working for me. Because of her she Rite Aid lost a sale from my friend, and in this recession I do not believe anyone can afford to lose any money. Pros: null Cons: null
