They came and removed and installed my roof in two day, one day longer than the estimate. the roof looks fine. Months later I am still finding saples in the yard deck and driveway. There were several large nails left in the driveway. I hope got everything before is causes any tire damage. The broke part of the lamp in my front yard. They taped it back together with electrical tape, put it in there and left. I don't care that much, it's not a signifigant part, but is damaged. The day they finished some one showed up for a check. More than a month later I still don't have my final invoice for the insurance company. If you hire them watch them. Don't give them a check until you're confident they cleaned up and you get the final invoice. A final note, while I feel I got a fair price from them here is their sales technique. The sales guy will give you the "regular" price then tell you today or this week only he can give it too you at 20-30% less, but you have to act now, If you decide tomorrow it will be too late. I gaurantee it won't be too late. Get multiple prices. they are all about the same. At a minumum tell them your not signing anythign now. the price will come down everytime you do it. The best bet, and what I did. Do the research, get multiple quotes and then tell them what you are willing to pay.
