BEWARE!! My Mom called Sergio Aguirre of Texas Electronics in April 2010 and as of August 17, 2010, Sergio has still not returned her TV nor has it been repaired. She has already paid him his estimated repair bill and Sergio has not returned phone calls and has hung up twice on me after my Mom asked if I could follow up. He would not answer basic questions about who, what, where and when and was extremely unprofessional. I feel that Texas Electronics will not be around long if his poor customer service continues. Be cautious when using Sergio Aguirre of Texas Electronics in Cypress Texas since we have not been treated fairly nor have been shown common customer courtesy
