Review content:
While the facility itself is well-maintained, the management lacks integrity. I had an *extremely* unpleasant interaction with the owner in which he withheld my security deposit, offered false justifications for doing so and ultimately hung up on me. When I called back, he lied about having hung up on me (first claiming that he had appropriately concluded the conversation by saying "goodbye", then asserting that I had hung up first). I encourage you to take your business to another storage facility whose ownership values fairness.
