I have never been treated so poorly - they will berate you if you don't go through with their suggestions. They wanted me to pay over $350 to have my 8 yr. old dogs teach cleaned. They said she needed to be put under to have the procedure done. Right! Also, I asked them not to take a heartworm test because she took heartworm pills and they performed the test anyway and charged me for it. They refused to take the charge off and also, as stated in another review, refused to approve an online purchase for flea prevention and heartworm that was cost effective. These people think they are above their customers in every way and I wouldn't waste my time. You will end up going somewhere else.
