I had an absolutely excellent experience with the Renaissance. I coordinated a 4 day meeting for my department with the most attentive and professional hotel sales staff I have encountered in a long time. Our group was small in comparison to the other large meetings the hotel was accommodating and usually handles. However, one would never have known the difference. Every detail was handled according to the specifications we had prearranged. Any additional needs that arose were handled promptly and seemlessly. I never had to ask for anything more than once. Additionally, there were very nice hospitality touches to the three meeting rooms we had reserved.The quality of the property is superior and every facet of the staff is well trained and presents genuine care for their role in the organization. Both the management and staff make this an A+++ property. A fine example for others to follow!
