When my fiance walked into Shane Co. looking for the perfect engagement ring, he had only a general idea of what I liked, a limited budget, and no knowledge about jewelry at all! The sales people were so friendly and helpful! They showed him their large selection of engagement rings and helped him find the perfect one at an affordable price. When I saw the ring the day my fiance proposed, I was speechless! It was everything I had ever dreamed of! We were so pleased with the service and quality at Shane Co. that I decided to buy his wedding band there as well. Our second experience shopping at Shane Co. was exactly the same as the first. Excellent service, excellent quality and affordable prices. They have such a large selection that you're bound to find something that's perfect for you no matter what style or price range you're looking for! One of my favorite things about Shane Co. is that our rings came with free lifetime warranties and that every time I walk into the store I can have my ring cleaned, polished, resized, examined or repaired for absolutely free! Every Shane Co. sales person I've ever talked to, whether in the store or on the phone, has been extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you, Shane Co., for making buying our rings such a wonderful experience!
