I rented a car through Enterprise. They brought the car to me and explained they needed my credit card number to place $100 hold for car until my insurance company gave them authorization. Well they had me sign the papers and lied to me about the charges I would be charged on purpose because they are liars and thieves of people that cannot afford it. My insurance company paid for the car but they still charged me for $300 worth of additional insurance . The people at the Essex location are liars and thieves including the manager chris who is good for nothing when he asked to see my receipt, my receipt is different from their receipt he did nothing The guy Darren is a liar and steals I guess he got some extra commission from charging my credit card for $300 that I can;t afford but who cares when you are with liars and thieves and nobody but that what can you expect but lies. I say you guys are nothings that cannot run a business but lie, steal and cheat unsuspecting people. be careful with enterprise in essex maryland on eastern avenue. the manager chris is a pud and a nobody that cannot make a decision. his employees lie and cheat
