First & the last time I will do business w/this company. To think, a business w/such good reviews & recommendations, but w/no regards towards their customer's personal properties. It was a surprise on how they left my property when they left. The job, removing ice dam. First, I was quoted $200 minimum for an hour worth of work. I was to be called, so I can be at the job site. I assumed the job would be supervised. I was wrong. I happened to arrived 15 minutes into the job, according to my neighbor. There was no call to me at all, no supervisor on site. within half hour, they were packing up & getting ready to leave. leaving a third of the job unfinished. They sent out 4 illegal mexicans that can't speak any english. This is what they left behind. a broken front storm door, a third of the roof was unfinished, left within half an hour, instead of the full hour we agreed upon. They remove my patio table, turned it upside down, glass top leaning against the patio rail, & left it there, w/o putting it back, broke my front gate. I will never call this company again.
