Review content:
I've always gone to Napa for my parts, ever since a Kragen alternator left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. This store is the very best Napa I've ever seen. The counter staff all have years of experience selling parts and working on cars. They know what they sell and are willing to help you find the right product. I recently bought a BMW and was elated to find that, unlike a lot of shops that will sell you any old aftermarket parts, the guys here will find the right parts from the OEM supplier. They are even willing to field your most bizarre "I broke this, how do I fix it?" type questions, suggesting work-arounds and alternatives. I'm a customer for life. Even if I move away I'll probably keep calling them to order my parts.
Pros: Really experienced sharp guys
Cons: There aren't more Napas like this
