Southwest Towing is not a customer friendly business. They won't come out and help if they don't feel like it. And yes, I'm talking about the Southwest Towing in Garden City and Dodge City, KS. I was stuck in the river with my jeep in the middle of the night, but I explained it was right next to a dirt access road that could easily be drove on and I was only a car length and a half out in the water. They said they wouldn't come out in the dark. I couldn't even let off my gas because water was coming in the exhaust, but southwest towing said "It's just not worth it for us to go out there". I had to call Western Motors Towing, who is less equipped than Southwest Towing, but they came out and winched me out with no problem. Southwest Towing is just in business for themselves and not to help people.
