If you travel much, Red Lobster is a fairly consistent restaurant, and the Madison, Tn (Rivergate Mall area) location is no exception. We enjoyed high quality seafood, cooked but not overcooked, in generous portions. Although the facility is showing its age and restaurant was very clean and management obviously has proper attention to detail. As usual, what makes a good dining experience into a great dining experience is the staff, and Red Lobster of Rivergate was above average in that department as well. Our server Tia was extremely personable and attentive, drinks were always full and we felt as though we were dining in an upper class restaurant rather than a mid-priced franchise. Really a pleasant surprise, and the Chocolate Wave dessert put us over the top!
