Businiess name:  Azalea Moving & Storage

Review content:
While Azalea offers more than one moving contract, our salesperson only offered us one. Being new movers, we're not so educated about the moving process, yet sometimes it is all but impossible to know what to self-educate on when you have no idea what you don't know. I am someone who likes control and doesn't mind taking responsibility. That said for Azalea to offer one thing to us, a binding contract as opposed to the unbinding one I thought it was, I believe, was unfair. In addition, they had the opportunity to explain the contract and conditions in person and via email three times and they chose not to. When I finally found out it was a fixed priced contract, it was too late to do anything about it and I was told that while they do offer more than one type of contract, I wasn't offered a choice because I knew what I was moving, meaning they decided to choose the contract type for me -- how nice! Pros: Can't think of one Cons: Complete lack of customer service, poor sales cycle, no escalation path
