Check with other residents before renting here. NO property manager has been effective at complying with elements of resident's lease agreements. There are violations of noise, dogs left unattended on balconies to bark (no one does anything about this!) and more. None of the property managers since I have been here ever seem to get out and survey residents about their concerns (I talk to MANY of them who have had issues for years). The ONLY way you can get the property management to try to do anything is to get an attorney, and even that doesn't seem to wake them up. I have had to get an attorney due to very loud thumping and slamming around by the tenant upstairs that has been going on now for 9 months and the property management doesn't do anything to stop it, instead tells me I have to have witnesses which is impossible as I never know when the loud noise upstairs will occur. I am literally at wits end - I can't move yet and this has affected me physically, emotionally and etc. I don't get rest!!! I have been awakened at all hours with screaming and yelling, slamming doors and loud thumbing and stomping. I have called the police and in fact one of the tenants called on a domestic violence charge against the other tenant. He is now gone. Still nothing is done! It is an every night occurrence. My lease states that the property manager is to uphold Denver law of "peaceful enjoyment" for tenants....that is a joke! They do absolutely NOTHING! Now my lawyer is going after them and the property owner.
