Review content:
If you have a pet that needs special attention then it's worth the drive to see Dr. Jim Shulke. He is the most informed vet I have ever been to in a lifetime of owning animals. He specializes in cats but he was also wonderful with our dog who had Degenerative Myelopathy. He will always tell you what he would do if it was his animal and the answer isn't always surgery or more expense. The animal's well being is always his priority. The other doctors also seem very well informed and nice but I haven't had direct experience with them. The reason there is only four stars is that it's a very expensive place and the front desk (like all front desks) can be either helpful or moronic depending on the visit and who happens to be working. We don't go here for routine visits because of the drive and price but if our animals need special care I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Pros: Incredibly well informed vets. Warm and caring.
Cons: Expensive.
