From the day I pruchased my 7-series until the day I sold it (150,000 miles later), the only hands that touched the engine were the hands at GAK. I am now in the market for another BMW and again, it only be touched be the efficient techs at GAK. The staff is friendly and knowlegeable. The shop is so clean it looks more like a showroom than a repair shop. As a single woman, it is comforting and reassuring to have one less thing to worry about.
Pros: trustworthy
Cons: sometimes the owners accent is hard to understand
