Review content:
Pewaukee Veterinary Service is far too busy for our liking. We waited about 50 minutes PAST our scheduled appointment , and 55 after we had arrived, before our pet was seen. After 30 minutes in the waiting room, we were taken to an exam room and waited another twenty minutes. I had to let our puppy chew on a rubber key chain b/c he was getting so restless. When the vet tech finally came in all that was said was, "sorry we're a little backed up." The lobby was empty when we got there, and when we left there was one person at the desk and again the waiting room was empty, yet they were too busy to see us at the scheduled time or let us know if there were an emergency and there'd be a bit of time before we were seen. Other vets have given us the option to reschedule when that situation has arisen. Our time was of no concern.
