Review content:
Do not go to Krasa Salon! I am so tired of people going through beauty school, and claiming they are professional just because they have a license! I made my appt with Nicki at least 3 weeks out. When I showed up for my appt, I was told Nicki was out sick and Oksana would be doing my hair. Thought it would be fine, after all, she is the owner. After spending about 5 hours in the salon and being very specific that I wanted a light ash blonde, (she talked out of low lights mixed in, she probably didn't want to spend the time) and how very worried I was about turning orange, I went home with BRIGHT orange roots, about 4 inches down my head. I am so embarrassed I don't even want to leave my house. She should have told me if she could not do it. Simply say you cannot turn it blonde and let me go home. I'm assuming that because you claim to be a professional, you would know this. She also charged me $30 for their nail color called "shalack?", not sure how to spell it. She said it is a special polish that is not supposed to come off for about 3 weeks. After 3 days it was completely gone, it peeled off of my nails in one peel, like a cheap kids nail polish. I absolutely wasted my money here. I could have gotten better results at home. I now have to find the time to have it fixed, hopefully Gerald at the Little Red Hair House can get me in, made a huge mistake not going to him in the first place! Do not go to Krasa!!!! You will regret it!
