I was in complete shock when i read the reviews on here, granted all comments were posted last year at earliest, but i feel that since only bad comments have been posted that maybe some of the good should be as well. I recently moved to the area, and i went to a VCA at my home town, so upon moving here i just looked up the closest VCA and it sent me to VCA Noahs, beautiful facility inside and out. The front desk was friendly and inviting, they even knew my pet by name! After a few minutes of wait, a tech came to the lobby to greet me and my pet, they gave him a treat and then escorted us back to the room. They did a quick review of my pet and his history, and then the doctor came in, she answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable.After my visit with the doctor, the tech came back in and then escorted me to the front desk and gave the receptionist all my information. I felt like i was apart of the family there. It was an extremely pleasent visit and would go back anytime!
