Review content:
Our dog is always at Noah's for something. The doctors are great as far as telling you exactly how to heal your puppy, what specific tests need to be done, what foods to eat, etc. My complaint is that are breakdowns in communication between DR's and vet techs. Twice the techs sold me expensive food that my dog couldn't eat due to allergies ( the purpose of my visits!). They didn't replace it free of charge, even when I mentioned that my dog had damaged a rug resulting from their mistake. Also, they make appointments for you, but it's faster if you just show up without one. Many times I've waited an hour or longer when I had an appointment, but on three different occasions it was only 20 minutes when I didn't have one. Very poor organizational skills, but they will LOVE your pet - 24 hrs a day!
Pros: Nice Staff, Great Doctors, 24 Hour Care
Cons: Expensive, Unorganized, No Appointments
