Businiess name:  Lostra Brothers Towing & Wreck

Review content:
I used Lostra Brothers for towing from Carlin, Nevada, to Reno, Nevada, after our car was stuck in the desert. The driver told me that the total charge was $1400. Halfway to Reno, he told me that the company only took $1100 maximum on a credit card and the other $300 would have to be in cash. He helpfully drove me, my husband, and our four-month-old baby to an ATM before dropping our car at the dealership. I called the company the next day--they said their receipt showed $1100 and needed my paperwork faxed over to prove the extra $300. I faxed it over within two hours, and waited. Since it was the weekend, I waited for them to call me back on Monday. On Monday, the owner was out. On Tuesday, I called, and the owner said the fax machine had broken down. I was asked to refax, but the owner said he wasn't sure who to believe. I am so angry. Why would I lie about this? He even told me, FINE--go ahead and call the police. Cons: Criminal driver, owner does not seem to care much abaout it
