I came into the store to buy spackle on a Sunday at 3:45 and stood there while the cashier counted out the days till. She didnt acknowledge I was standing there with my credit card in hand. I said nothing, just waited till she was finished counting. After she counted the till she didnt even look at me and said "Lisa will help you" and she turned around and walked away. I was stunned at how rude she was. Well, LIsa was busy with actually helping people with painting decisions. Another man came into the store and she ignored him also as he stood at the counter. He was confused so I walked up to him and explained to him that she won't help him. I left and went to the Lewisville store and bought my spackle. They close at 4p.m. so I got there just before closing. Anyway that peticular employee was the rudist retail person I have ever met.
