I hope you are not related to the System Restore in Coeur d Alene Idaho. The reason I hope that is because after taking my computer to be repaired at System Restore/Repair on Government Way, I needed to take it to TY AT NORTHERSPEED TECHNICAL SERVICES. I had a problem with the power cord staying in and all they came up with at System Restore was to charge me for a brand new mother board and FIX the power cord with black tape to hold it in. Then after getting it home I found I had NO sound and my DVD player did not work. So I had to return it and they said that I now needed to replace the DVD player since it was not compatible with the NEW mother board. They had my laptop for 6 weeks and when I got it back finally ... I had no Internet. They also charged me $271.00 for all they did. I took it to TY AT NORTHERSPEED TECHNICAL SERVICES when the black tape they had used to "fix" the power cord came loose and within 2 hours, he not only fixed the power cord problem. He also showed me why I now did not have Internet. They had broke the WIFI cable that allows me to have Internet. They did try and fix it with black tape again but it did not work. So Ty really fixed the power cord problem professionally and fast. So, I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND NORTHERSPEED TECHNICAL SERVICES for their HONEST AND RELIABLE SERVICE. It only cost me $90.00 for the two hours and my computer is wonderful. Thanks again Ty. You are the BEST!!!
