Tonight my A/C went out again. It goes out like clockwork every year since it was installed in July 2009. I purchased a 10 year parts and labor warranty which somehow does not include after hours problems. There is an extra charge that is exactly the same as a normal service call: $75.00. So, unless I want to pay them the $75.00, I will be without A/C all night. I am a 53 year old widow who purchased the 10 year parts and labor warranty to avoid this problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
