I am HAPPY to say that I've recieved dental services from Dr. Cydylo ... he and his assistants are great at what they do. Everytime I question something they answer it right to the point, even if its' something I don't wanna hear. When I ask the "STUPID" questions; like one time I asked why I wasnt' able to see what he was doing while he worked in my mouth (using a mirror) and his assistant then replied "oh we'll do that for you next time"; meaning next time if I want I can hold a handheld mirror to watch. This satisfied me... just to see how they do things. I mean you see all these small instruments and wonder what they are using them for. The way they talk with these big words that you don't know unless you've studied in dentistry, well seeing is believe-ing... and if you want they'll use your terms (small words), hehe. His assistants will tell you what they are doing as they are doing it while doing a CLEANING. They let you know where the trouble is and how to prevent it from further damage. All in all I love their service. The only bad thing about them is I don't have them here to clean my teeth daily. Haha. I definately recommend Dr. Cydylo and his assistants 100% !!! :)
Pros: If your scheduled for 2pm and show up early... you are taken in early... it's great! :)
Cons: Parking is a little set back ; it's not bad, but not great. But who cares as long as your teeth are taken care of properly! :)
